Prior to joining The Law Offices of Robin Bresky, Mann worked as judicial law clerk to the Honorable George A. Shahood at the Fourth District Court of Appeal of the State of Florida. In this role, Mann independently managed civil and criminal appeals, and gained extensive experience in the appellate process and procedural rules.
In addition to the appellate experience he has obtained, Mann also gained significant trial-level experience working as a judicial law clerk to U. S. Magistrate Ann E. Vitunac at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. At this level, he managed an active case docket consisting of a variety of federal civil and criminal cases, analyzed arguments and researched issues of law relevant to motions, and drafted orders for the court.
Mann is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Association’s Young Lawyers Section. He also volunteers his time and efforts to the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach and the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County.
Mann received his J. D. from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, MI after graduating from the University of Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature. Mann is admitted to practice in 3 states: Michigan, Florida and Illinois.

Prior to joining The Law Offices of Robin Bresky, Burks was a sole practitioner in appeals and litigation support and served as an appellate lawyer for two of the largest government agencies in Florida. He has independently handled numerous civil, commercial, and administrative appeals, in nearly every appellate court in Florida including the Florida Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has extensive experience in the appellate process and procedural rules and also has significant experience in trial-level litigation support.
Burks received his law degree magna cum laude from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where he served on Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society and received awards for the highest achievement in eight courses. He also holds two other graduate degrees, including a master’s and Ph.D. in educational administration. He has been a licensed attorney in Florida since 2002.

Michele Feinzig has been practicing law in South Florida since 1988, and has extensive experience, having litigated cases, handled over 85 appeals in the Florida and federal appellate courts, and provided litigation and trial support for all kinds of civil and commercial cases.
After law school, Feinzig spent five years as a litigator and appellate practitioner at Tripp Scott in Fort Lauderdale, where she handled a wide range of cases, including automobile negligence, premises liability, defamation, negligent security, nursing home negligence, insurance litigation, fraud, breach of contract, collections, condominium actions, evictions, administrative actions, and family law matters. She then started her own appellate practice in Broward County, which she has maintained for the past eighteen years, handling appeals and providing extensive litigation and trial support for various firms in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties in complex personal injury and commercial cases.
Feinzig graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.
