Robin Bresky is an experienced and accomplished appeals attorney who has dedicated herself to appellate law, and to precisely understanding “black letter law”. She also provides litigation support that proves invaluable in difficult or complex cases. Her range of skills is not only diverse, but inclusive of the distinct abilities necessary to successfully handle appeals. She is meticulous and thorough. She is an exceptional writer and compelling speaker, and fully understands the language of appellate procedures.
Robin works with attorneys in Palm Beach and Broward counties, and throughout Florida. She possesses outstanding ability in civil appeals, and has substantial experience providing litigation support for a variety of areas, including personal injury and family law. She has developed strong working relationships with law firms of all sizes, as well as with all of the District Court of Appeals judges in the Fourth District.

Prior to joining The Law Offices of Robin Bresky, Mann worked as judicial law clerk to the Honorable George A. Shahood at the Fourth District Court of Appeal of the State of Florida. In this role, Mann independently managed civil and criminal appeals, and gained extensive experience in the appellate process and procedural rules.
In addition to the appellate experience he has obtained, Mann also gained significant trial-level experience working as a judicial law clerk to U. S. Magistrate Ann E. Vitunac at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. At this level, he managed an active case docket consisting of a variety of federal civil and criminal cases, analyzed arguments and researched issues of law relevant to motions, and drafted orders for the court.
Mann is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Association’s Young Lawyers Section. He also volunteers his time and efforts to the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach and the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County.
Mann received his J. D. from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, MI after graduating from the University of Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature. Mann is admitted to practice in 3 states: Michigan, Florida and Illinois.

Blair received her J. D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in Gainesville, FL in 2009, after graduating from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL with a Bachelor of Arts. While in law school, she made the Dean’s List for three consecutive semesters and worked as a Teaching Assistant for two consecutive semesters. She was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Public Policy, President of the Caribbean Law Students Association, Treasurer of the Real Property Law Association, Director of Programming for the American Constitution Society, Elected Representative for the Law College Council, and a Westlaw Student Representative.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Robin Bresky, Blair was awarded a Post Graduate Public Interest Fellowship. As a fellowship recipient, she chose to work as an Attorney Fellow with the Office of the Public Defender in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, Blair gained experience in the criminal appellate process and procedural rules.
In addition to the criminal appellate experience she obtained, Blair also gained experience working as a law clerk for Kogan & Disalvo, P.A. in Boca Raton, FL. At this level, she analyzed arguments and researched issues of law relevant to motions, wrote deposition summaries, and wrote a reply brief for the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Blair is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member of the Appellate Practice and Advocacy Section of The Florida Bar.
