Attorney Jennifer L. Delgado, J.D., LL.M. is an Associate of the firm. She focuses her practice on appeals, estate planning and probate.

Prior to joining Bresky Law, Jennifer gained experience practicing at Snyder & Snyder and Huth, Pratt & Milhauser, two well-known firms that focus on trust & estate law. She began her career as a judicial law clerk at the 53rd District Court of Livingston County, Michigan.

Jennifer was raised in Boca Raton, Florida. Upon graduating from Florida Atlantic University, summa cum laude, she attended law school at Western Michigan University where she also graduated with honors. She then earned her LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.

Jennifer has been nationally published in the American Bar Association’s Probate & Property Magazine. She serves as a Director of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, is a former President of the Young Lawyers Section, and is a Fellow of the Florida Bar Leadership Academy. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys volunteering and organizing fundraisers for one of Florida’s neediest schools.

    • Wrote briefs for the prevailing appellant to allow her to amend her timely-filed pleading and to satisfy the statutory requirements to request the court to revoke the probate of a subsequent will.
