What is the attorneys role in the probate process in florida?

In Florida, in order to process a probate, the personal representative must retain an attorney. A lay person cannot process a probate in Florida. So, the attorney will assist the personal representative in gathering the assets, appraising certain assets, and help them through the entire one-year process of probate.
