What is an executor personal representative and what do they do?

Return to FAQ Videos.
An executor or personal representative is someone that you chose in your will to distribute the personal tangible items. So, when someone passes away, the personal representative will gather all of the asset information and the jewelry and cars and other household items, and distribute it the way that the decedent wished it to be.
