What is probate?

Probate is a court process in which your assets that are sole named go through a long and expensive process. There are three types of probate in Florida. The attorney deals with a summary probate, which is less than $75,000, and the probate, it’s called a full probate, which is above $75,000. The full probate lasts nine months to a year. It is quite expensive, and can even cost up to 3% of the first million dollars in the state of Florida.
